Summit County Colorado Real Estate RE/MAX Properties of the Summit/Frisco

The Evergreen Subdivision in Frisco Colorado is located on the Northwest side of town at the base of Mount Royal. A flat area nestled in the trees and between additional Frisco Real Estate condos and homes as well as the Frisco Bike Path and the forest on the other side. This part of Frisco is a very well established subdivision in Frisco consisting of homes as the primary real estate in the Evergreen Subdivision.

Besides being tucked into the edge of the forest the Evergreen Subdivision is located right next to the Frisco Bike Path that runs alongside of prime Frisco Real Estate and through some very beautiful countryside. This area offers access to the National Forest or simply a fun family hike or snowshoe up to Rainbow Lake (a short distance from Frisco) and, of course, the bike path where one can pedal all the way to Copper Mountain and Vail or Breckenridge, Dillon and Keystone.
